- advice in the development of regulatory and legislative frameworks to support school financial systems;
- experience in applying statistical (regression) analysis to school financial models;
- over fifteen years working with school boards with full financial responsibilities;
- experience in developing and monitoring school accounting systems;
- experience in developing successful formula-based funding mechanisms and presentation of models and scenario in MS Excel spreadsheets; and
- native English speakers with highly developed oral and written communication skills.
