RNZFB Children's Services Review
Pedersen Pierce Ltd. led a review of the Children's Services arm of the Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind (RNZFB) in 2008. The review approach centred on a facilitated self-review by Children's Services staff, while also involving interviews with a wider set of identified stakeholders. Two hui were managed by PPL as an opportunity to evaluate current practices and processes with a view to "finding a better way." Key areas of discussion included service performance, service models, service funding, service delivery capacity, and service quality. More broadly, the Children's Services review sat within the context of RNZFB's 2020 repositioning exercise.
A report containing a series of recommendations was produced for the consideration of the RNZFB Chief Executive and Board.
